一、 液位遥测及阀门遥控系统/ Liquid level telemetry and valve remote control system

概述/ summarize

液位遥测系统用于监测全船各压载舱（通常包括底压载、边压载等）、艏尖舱、淡水舱等各功能舱的液位高度数据。液位遥测系统通过液位传感器对各舱液位信号进行监测，信号采集系统采集各点传感器信号，并将信号通过电脑显示器显示实时数据，并可远传至集控台可同时显示数据，并根据要求对相应舱室设置高、低位报警。通过智能化集中显示可以改变人工测量这一传统模式，节省人力，大大提高工作效率，可以实时通过压载水数据联动阀门进行调载。阀门遥控系统主要用于控制各路遥控阀门信号，根据不同的阀门型号、功能采取不同的控制方式，与液位遥测系统配合使用，实现船舶的压载水管理。本系统还设计了备用电脑操作系统，即当主控系统发生故障后可以启用备用操作系统，仍具备液位数据的实时监控及对阀门系统进行遥控操作功能。本系统一般分为三种：即纯手动开关型、电脑液晶触摸型、开关电脑一体型。

Valve remote control system is mainly used to control the signals of each remote control valve, according to different valve models, functions to adopt different control methods, and use with the liquid level telemetry system to achieve the ship's ballast water management. The system also designed a standby computer operating system, that is, when the main control system failure can be activated standby operating system, still has the real-time monitoring of liquid level data and remote control of the valve system. The system is generally divided into three types: pure manual switch type, computer LCD touch type, switch computer body.

本污水井监测报警系统主要由污水井探头及报警板构与液位遥测阀门遥控系统共用台体。
